Welcome to my website and I hope you enjoy viewing a selection of the work.

I have always enjoyed the natural world, birdwatching with my father and badger watching with friends. After years of almost exclusively birdwatching I have recently taken an interest in dragonflies and butterflies.

The advent of digital photography has opened up a whole new world. From pulling in distant subjects to the wonderful world of macro and I hope you enjoy what I have produced so far. Most of the images you see were taken near my home in Dorset and in the New Forest.

I particularly like putting animals into the context of the environment to give to give it a sense of belonging.
